We are delighted to be running weight loss groups in association with Patrick Holford’s zest4life scheme. This is a weekly programme, following ten week terms throughout the year. You will be in a group of not more than 20, and over the course of ten two-hour sessions you will cover varying health topics in addition to receiving specific weight loss advice and being part of a supportive group. You will benefit from motivational coaching to help you towards your weight loss goals. Progress is monitored using medically calibrated Tanita body composition scales and other methods. If group sessions are not for you, we also offer a 1-2-1 weight loss package. After an initial one hour consultation where your personal case history and goals will be discussed, you will be provided with a personalised weight loss food & exercise plan.
Measurement of weight, waist circumference, % body fat, % muscle mass will be recorded and repeated at 5 further weekly sessions. If you need further sessions to reach your goal weight, follow on support packages are available.
